I pulled all these pics over a year ago..I'd go streaming through the net for cute ideas but that was about the extent of it- so sorry I don't have more info on this dress to give you! Might I suggest taking a pic of it to a dressmaker to have it sewn or to a dress shop to see if they recognize the maker & can order it?
