DeliciousThanks VegNews/This Just in Blog for the Earth Cafe Cheesecake Love! http://thisjustinvegnews.blogspot.com/ Funny, they posted this pic of our cheesecakes apparently JUST out of the box- still frozen w/condensation and all, after they took an overnight vacation via dry ice & fedex to San Francisco (still fascinates me…the whole, dry ice doesn’t MELT, it sublimates thing, but I digress)…we like them to look done up & “purtier” if possible but how joyous that they can hop a plane & they arrive in tact!:

I LOVE your cheesecakes and am so happy I stumbled upon your blog! I think it’s ironic we’re both planning weddings at the same time and I’m trying to eat much much healthier to get in shape for the wedding and have better health the rest of our lives.
