Believe it or not, I hadn’t even thought of it!! Our desserts are similar to ice-cream cakes, in that they need to be refrigerated to keep their shape over long periods of time (they’re vegan, raw, & I hadn’t thought of them as wedding desserts). Also, I’ve fallen in love with so many traditional wedding cakes I’ve seen & sort of figured them an obligatory part of wedding decor. Well, move over traditional! What about the absolutely irresistible concept of having a dessert bar!? Now that I’ve been turned on to this theme, I may have to adopt a new obsession! I think mini-Earth Cafe cheesecakes, surrounded by other colorful vegan treats will be hot like wow, enough to make even the most SKEPTICAL carnivore sing. Whaddya think!?:
