I’d never been to a bridal show before, so I’m not really sure what I was expecting…(frilly dresses, standard photographers, auctions you never win, conventional desserts/cakes I can’t partake of & ????) Well there was plenty of that, but I have to say unexpectedly, the Bridal Premiere Show at the Hyatt Westlake Village was fan-freakin’-tastic!!! In addition to the aforementioned, there were BEAUTIFUL DISPLAYS from florists, wedding planners… even information on customized “African safaris” that help to maintain & support the local eco-system! There were FREE MASSAGES courtesy of In Touch Day Spa in Thousand Oaks. There were artistic photographers struttin’ there stuff. A company called “Mi Belle” had a decked out display with a whole funky lounge they set up that I wanted to steal for my own living room!
Another photographer, “MARK AYOUB” had the JAZZIEST business cards (they were see through, & indescribably cute) I’ve ever seen! I’d consider hiring him based on the cuteness of his media alone…he also had this stunning photo display made up many smaller photos:

My cell phone takes HORRIBLE pictures (that, & I have no clue how to adjust the settings. I guess guerilla-style, impropmtu photo journalism isn't my thing, but hopefully you get SOME idea of how great this HUGE display was!??
)
Some other honorable mentions, who’s work I didn’t get pictures of, (boo!) but who were “wow-ers” in person:
Notjustanyoldday.com-Personalized calendar keepsakes, AND the owner’s daughter is a hottie vegan!
Spa Escapes -(trying to locate their web address…also gave a sample massage w/an electric hand held cute thingamajig & had a salt scrub “manicure in a bottle” that made our hands look fab!)
So hopefully you catch my drift. Just trust, if you have a bridal show happening in a neighborhood near you, married or single, scamper over & get some “pamprings”! It was F-U-N!!
